After completing your payment and order information, you will now need to submit your photos with your name and order number (found on your confirmation email). YOU ARE ENTITLED TO TWO VIEWS PER PROCEDURE (e.g. front and side, or front and angle). You decide which views you wish to see. If you're not sure which views to send, then send several and we'll select the two that best show your procedure(s). If you have any questions or need help, email imaging@beautysurg.com or phone 866.34.BEAUTY (9am to 5pm, PST, Monday through Friday).

There are three options for photo submission: upload (fastest), email, or postal mail. Please note that on rare occasions, we may request that you retake your photo in order to optimize your results.

UPLOAD: To upload your photos, simply complete the form below including your name and order number. Please label your photo according to which body area and view it is (e.g. face front, breast angle, abdomen side).

For each photo, click on the "browse" button to locate your photo file on your computer. When you're done, click the "upload" button. Please make sure your file is in .jpg, .gif, .tif, or .bmp format and limit each file to 500KB in size. If you need help making your file smaller, contact us at imaging@beautysurg.com. If you are submitting more than three photos, you will have the option to include more photos after submitting the first three.

EMAIL: If you prefer to email your photos, please write a short note including your name and order number, attach your photo files to the email, and send to imaging@beautysurg.com. Please limit each file to 500KB in size.

POSTAL MAIL: If you prefer to mail your photos, please write your name and order number on the back of your photos, and mail to:

Unless requested, photos submitted by mail will not be returned.

Thank you very much! Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your photos and processing payment. Please check your email for your private link to the finished images.
